Ordered the birria chivo and birria beef chimichanga. Most excellent!! Just a little spicy and so flavorful!! And definitely recommend to anyone interested in traditional Jalesco birria. The meat was so tender, the tortillas were freshly made, the portions were hearty and I had the most excellent service. Thank you so much to the great team!! I'd give 6 stars if that was an option.

Birriería Doña María Greeley serves excellent Mexican food, with a standout cheese queso. The food was great and the Horchata was sooo good. The Mexican sushi is absolutely life changing and the Birria tacos were wow. The staff is great and the service was the best, with a manager who was very aware of the guests. The owner's warm energy and friendly service create a welcoming atmosphere, and the price is reasonable for the portions.
