Carnitas Estilo Michoacán Aurora is a restaurant that offers tasty and satisfying Mexican-style dishes, especially focusing on Michoacán-style carnitas. Visitors often praise the delicious flavors of the carnitas, which are considered great and authentic. The tortillas are very good, and the quesadilla is notably large, offering good value. The tacos are full size, not street taco size, making them hearty. Customers enjoy meals like the chicken burrito, head and barbacoa mix, and carnitas tacos, often describing the food as very tasty and well-presented, with some plates decorated with sliced radishes, cucumber, lime wedges, and orange slices. The Agua de Mango is highly recommended. The staff is friendly and patient, accommodating language differences and special requests, such as cooking jalapeños separately. While service can be slow at times, the overall experience is positive, and many mention they plan to return. The restaurant provides a casual environment with good food, making it a pleasant stop for those craving Mexican flavors.
