“The server was very good, but the menu was quite limited. Worst of all, main dish food portions were beyond paltry and as such, exorbitantly priced. After we were all served toddler sized dishes of our selected entrees and a piece of pie that was straight from the grocery store's freezer case, we left annoyed, hungry, and minus money that would have gone much further elsewhere. This place may have a great whiskey selection, but we came to eat in a self-labeled "publick house" that are known for "hearty fare" not Oliver Twist sized spoonfuls. “I ordered the Tom Yum vegetable noodle soup (spicy level 1), and it was perfect. You can get it with meat, but I thought it was great with just vegetables and noodles. The portions are large. I also shared an order of shrimp summer rolls. It was definitely filling and had leftovers for lunch the next day.“

There was a miscommunication about the morning pick-up time but the GM Steve went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. “We came in about 30 mins before closing and were treated so well by the staff! They delivered our pizza to our table, brought an extra plate because two of us were sharing, and cut the pizza to accommodate us without our asking for it! We have been to another Mod location in a similar situation and were treated very rudely because we came in too close to closing time. This was an entirely different and 100% better experience. “Mici's is great. I recently had to call MIci's because I hadn't received my order and discovered that it was listed as delivered. I have mobility issues and couldn't go around the neighborhood to find it so the manager sent one of his employees to my house to find the order for me. They were pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my order was taken care of. Mici's gave me such good customer service, and I am so thankful to have them in my neighborhood.“
