“The food and the service are great. Many items are obviously house made, not the norm these days with food service distributor frozen fare the usual. The quality is exceptional for a small diner environment.
The restaurant is a storefront so I can’t give it 5 stars for atmosphere, but it is one of the cleanest restaurants you will ever visit.
Dietary restrictions: The chef, Mariano, will do whatever to accommodate dietary restrictions. He handled my wife’s allergies with no issue. You get much more attention in a family run place with an experienced chef like Mariano.“

“Love everything, especially since I have a wheat allergy and it was easy to know what I could eat (which was a lot!). Please put a location in either in Castle Rock, Monument, or Colorado Springs soon!!!!

“I cannot speak for anything else on the menu, but the Huevos Rancheros were the best I’ve had (and this is my go to at every breakfast place)! Green chili is hot but super flavorful. I requested a side of chorizo (also delish) which wasn’t necessary in the end with plenty of pork IN the green chili. Also, our 7:30 AM server on Sunday was cheerful, helpful and quick! Will be frequenting this establishment for sure!“

“Burger was decent, little greasy. But all in all delicious. Service left something to be desired as well as the atmosphere but it's Chili's. The cheesecake was absolutely horrendous and tasted "funny" to me but I didn't die so....“

“Friendly feel and huge portions of authentic, organic tasting food! The omelette was delicious with plenty of potatoes and your choice of a full pancake or toast! Even got a blueberry pancake at no extra charge! The parking lot is always full and it’s hard to find the first time! It’s back in the South west corner of the strip area. Well worth discovering this gem!“
