The food quality is amazing and the staff is friendly. We gladly come about once a week. It's our go-to place for breakfast and lunch. Everything we have tried is so delicious. I highly recommend Off Campus Cafe.
Everyone should stop by this place. The owner and his family are super nice. The menu has something for everyone. I haven't found any other restaurant that has Yucatan specialties on the menu. This morning I had two panuchos with a side of sour cream and French fries. Absolutely fresh and flavorful. Come in early before the crowds hit.
Small and cozy cafe, very clean. They do offer gluten free options, specifically gluten toast for their sandwiches. If you are Celiac, be aware the shared toaster and shared fryer, but they warned me and asked if I was ok with that when I was ordering. The bagged chips are all gluten free flavors. My husband enjoyed his BBQ Pork sandwich and his fries. Easy to order and food arrived quickly. We'll definitely come back to try their breakfast menu

Off Campus Cafe is a fantastic hidden gem with incredible food at a great price. The menu offers a huge variety of delicious homemade meals, including amazing pancakes and burritos. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like family, despite some appearing a bit gloomy. This unpretentious spot is perfect for a meal while visiting the Exempla medical complex. Delivery orders are promptly handed to drivers, showing great service. Many customers praise the pancakes as light and fluffy, with some recommending ordering extra syrup. The Yucatán inspired breakfasts and house-made chorizo are also highly enjoyed, offering unique and tasty options. The meat lovers burrito and huevos rancheros are favorites, with ingredients that are hot and fresh. The KGB is known for fun ingredients like latkes, and the overall experience is enjoyable. This cozy, sweet, and welcoming restaurant is a great choice for a satisfying meal.
