“We had a book signing event going on concurrently, and that kept the servers hopping, but they did a nice job tag-teaming us, and assured that we had everything we needed. Menu is, in a word, eclectic. Picked this restaurant because we occasionally enjoy dinner as a 'grazing' event with multiple small dishes, and the Passenger delivers on that with a variety of interesting small portions.“

“Who doesn’t like a good buffet? Staying at the hotel and thought we’d try it. Omelette station was great, variety of options to choose from.
The bacon of course was bacon, pick from different cook levels and enjoy.
Potatoes were good, not great, but good. A little plain, no specific flavor to stand out like if they were seasoned.
The fruit and muffins were really good. Fresh and flavorful.
Coffe was pretty good too, no sweetener or milk added and the aroma and taste were what you’d want for a first cup.

Everyone was very friendly, from the greeting as we walked in, got seated, served and left.

“One of my favorite hotels to stay in Westminster / Broomfield. Breakfast buffet is delicious and lots of great food options at the bar. Love the bartenders, especially Bekah who mixes up some creative and delicious cocktails. Paige who is the manager also is super friendly and makes sure everyone has a great experience. Can't wait to be back in town again!“

It was a short wait but well worth it. Our server Alena was very helpful in getting our diverse order together. Food and drinks were exceptional. I recommend the Chickichanga and morning meditation. “We were surprised by the delicious tasting food ! The Applebee's in another Aurora area was not managed as well as this one in Broomfield/Westminster. The restaurant was clean and again the food tasted so good !!! We liked all the selections. It was busy, so they could have used another server, but our girl did the best she could with many tables. We will definitely go again. By the way, their boneless chicken wings are the BEST !!!“

“Fantastic place to watch a game, have a beer and eat, eat, and eat some more! The beer selection is good. The food is crazy good! French Onion soup, Mac-n-Cheese, and the French Dip is incredible combo. If you don't order the Burnt Ends Pork Ribs appetizer you are definitely missing out!!“
