We had planned a Christmas Eve brunch for our family but life got in the way and no one was motivated to make brunch when the time came.
Enter First Watch to the rescue. It was a short wait but well worth it. Our server Alena was very helpful in getting our diverse order together. Food and drinks were exceptional. I recommend the Chickichanga and morning meditation. Delicious!

The restaurant has a busy atmosphere, but customers are able to get seated right away. The food is very tasty, with the salmon fritada and watermelon lime juice being standout menu items. Portions may be small for the price, but the menu offers a variety of customizable options. The pancakes and waffles are fluffy, and the service is personable, with the waitstaff remembering regular customers' names and ensuring coffee is always filled. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with a good mix of indoor and outdoor seating. Guests appreciate the friendly servers and the delicious food, including the new Honey Chipotle Chicken Hash and the pumpkin doughnuts. Overall, First Watch provides a great dining experience for breakfast.
