It's been a REALLY LONG TIME since I've enjoyed pizza from Pizza Hut but the last two carry out experiences( one last week and one today) have been exceptional. I don't know if PH changed their ingredients or they've just got a new crew who cares but each experience has been really surprising and satisfying. Ordered a 3 topping pizza for pickup. They left off 1 of the toppings and it was literally the slowest night, nobody in the store... When I came in to pick up my order nobody was near the front register and I had to yell thru the store 3x before a guy said he'd be right there. I looked around the corner and he was filling sauce containers. What's more important a customer waiting to pay and pick up their order or filling sauces?? Won't be going back.

Ordered delivery last night. Pizza came cold but more importantly there are no prices available to see when you order. Outrageous total when delivered. Never again. Beware of them taking advantage of the quarantine. Sad for them.
