Ordered delivery last night. Pizza came cold but more importantly there are no prices available to see when you order. Outrageous total when delivered. Never again. Beware of them taking advantage of the quarantine. Sad for them.

It's been a REALLY LONG TIME since I've enjoyed pizza from Pizza Hut but the last two carry out experiences( one last week and one today) have been exceptional. I don't know if PH changed their ingredients or they've just got a new crew who cares but each experience has been really surprising and satisfying. Both times I ordered a classic with three toppings (a great deal at $9.99) and both times the pizzas were delicious with generous servings of vegetables and cheese so order, order right now!!

Ordered a 3 topping pizza for pickup. They left off 1 of the toppings and it was literally the slowest night, nobody in the store... When I came in to pick up my order nobody was near the front register and I had to yell thru the store 3x before a guy said he'd be right there. I looked around the corner and he was filling sauce containers. What's more important a customer waiting to pay and pick up their order or filling sauces?? Won't be going back.

Don't give these jerks a penny of your money. Messed up a $20 order and offered me $5 in credit. They don't care if they mess up your order because if you try to call them back they're phone line will be busy and then you'll get blamed for not getting in touch with them sooner even though you can't. These people suck. Give your money to someone else, there's many other pizza places around that will actually stand by their products and not give crappy customer service.

I hope that someone reads this review so they can improve their food, and so that I can retract this negative review. The service is great, and the folks working there are polite and helpful, so it seems to just be a process issue. Several times I have ordered from here, and the pizza has been undercooked. The crust is white, pale and doughy, when it should be golden brown. I think part of the problem lies with their cheese allocation. I once ordered 'regular cheese' from here, and there was barely any cheese on the pizza... no wonder they couldn't cook it longer, the thin layer of cheese would have just burned! Most PizzaHuts I order from give a very generous amount of cheese even before you ask for 'extra cheese', allowing the pizza to bake and become golden without the thick layer of cheese becoming over cooked. In the photo attached, you can see the top pizza (here) has pale, uncooked cheesy bites, and even though I ordered 'extra cheese', the pizza is still primarily red with very little cheese on it. The below pizza was from a different store, and only has 'regular cheese', yet the cheesy bites are much darker and golden, while the pizza clearly has a thicker layer of cheese on it. Please, please make some changes to your process and fix this. I love PizzaHut, and would love to be a regular customer here and want to replace this review with a positive one! Your staff are pleasant and friendly, and deserve to be serving a great product along with their great service. Please respond to this review if you decide to make any changes, and I will gladly remove it!

Food poisoning from the wings. Doesn't make me confident to try them again. Customer service was good and facilities were clean so no initial concerns; but food poisoning is enough to keep me away for a while if not indefinitely.
Zero stars! I should have read the reviews! 30 minutes ago I received a text saying my order was out for delivery. I live less than 2 miles from the store. Still no food. Ready for a laugh? When I called to find out what was going on the guy said, "he just left the store and will be there in a few minutes." Um, seriously?? He didn't ask me for my name, address or anything. But the order is on the way. Sounds like a blanket BS answer to me. And, if that were the case, why did I get a text now 33 minutes ago?? First and last time ordering from Pizza Hut!

I've never had a problem with these guys, the food's always been good and quick. I'm writing this because tonight I ordered some carryout that was a few minutes late when I went to pick it up. Not their fault, but they were nice enough to give me a some generous extras to make my short wait well worth it. Recommended for sure.

Waited an hour longer than the predicted delivery time. Called to see where it was, they said it was out for delivery but 30 minutes after they said that, I got a text notification that said it had just left for delivery. Waited almost another hour for it to finally get here and everything I ordered was cold. Never ordering from here again.

Took 1-1/2 hours wait on the phone to get a pizza ordered. We used 3 different phones to dial in. Longest wait 1/1-2 hour and still the store did not pick up. Manager and Asst manager worst customer service. The manager said the pizza was being delivered, my son stood outside his door for 1 hour, pizza never showed up. They said they tried to call. They had 3 phone numbers not 1 of those phones had a missed call or a record of any call during that delivery time. This is strike 3...we won't use this service again.
