Morso is absolutely worth the visit. The food, drinks and desserts are thoughtfully crafted, and the service is phenomenal. Their servers are so knowledgeable and friendly. Easily my favorite restaurant in Boulder! Sitting in the dining room or at the bar is nice- but sit at the chef’s counter for a cool view of their kitchen staff cooking great food right in front of you. I recommend Morso to everyone I know! 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The chicken Parmesan was delicious. The homemade focaccia with whipped butter and oil is an appetizer I would get again. Great service and vibe.
I am so happy Morso is here! From a NY girl living in Boulder, this was a fantastic dream meal last night! 8 of us celebrating. OMG… The Chicken Scarpariello was quite amazing in every way. Maybe a bit hot for some but the chicken and sausage was cooked perfectly and the portion is a half chicken and generous with leftovers for today… yum. I tasted the chicken parm and it was great with the light and crispy batter and the soft cheese and sauce melting in your mouth. Good tender...read full review

The Chicken Scarpariello is quite amazing in every way. The chicken and sausage is cooked perfectly and the portion is a half chicken and generous. The chicken parm is great with the light and crispy batter and the soft cheese and sauce melting in your mouth. The rigatoni is delicious, and the focaccia is heavenly. The Calamari is good and tender with 2 dipping sauces. The vanilla soft serve is very high quality with many creative toppings, like olive oil and salt. The atmosphere is awesome on a Friday night with a packed house. It is an italian restaurant, supposed to be loud and fun. There is also a great kids menu. Morso is a fantastic restaurant with a perfect balance of flavors and impeccable staff.
