Best fresh Italian pasta in Boulder. Reminds me of cafes in Rome. My go to lunch spot on long bike days.
THIS is what Italian food tastes like. Not American Italian. Real Italian. I stumbled on this and boy was I impressed. Their ingredients and recipes are the real deal. A step above other “Italian” restaurants. What a great find! You don’t come here for elegant ambiance. The space is bright and clean and welcoming. But you come here for the food and it is exceptionally good.

The restaurant also offers a bring-your-own-bowl option, and recyclable utensils and bowls are used, which customers appreciate. Though slightly more expensive than some might like, the high quality makes it worth it. Located near the pedestrian-only strip in downtown Boulder, Pasta Press is highly recommended for its amazing food, great atmosphere, and excellent service.
