Jimmy the bouncer went above and beyond and truly made our night. He handled a situation involving an intoxicated patron who was bothering other guests with professionalism, patience, and respect. He made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable while keeping the situation under control. Jimmy was extremely professional, welcoming, and friendly. He’s a great asset to the team, and his excellent service definitely stood out to us!
