“We have been looking for a new 'go-to' place in Ft Collins, and this is it! We out regularly, and this was the best meal we have had out in a long time. The salad and soup were herby nutty, and well balanced, and the Prime Ribeye was perfect. Even the fingerling potatoes had a charred-grilled twist that we hadn't experienced before, and loved it. The wait and cook staff were the best! We look forward to coming back soon.“

Staff is always VERY friendly and outgoing, wait times are quite acceptable, and food is hot and fresh. Restaurant and bath rooms are clean, even the landscaping is nice! “415 was very good! We got a Caesar salad, BLTA and Brussel sprouts. The sourdough bread was excellent and perfectly toasted, arugula was great, the salad was good, the sprouts had very good flavour but needed to be cooked more. Overall very good!“

“We stayed four nights at Mt Rainier region. The Copper Creek Inn Restaurant was a daily favorite. We dined elsewhere, yet when we wanted quality foot AND service it was Copper Creek. Kathy was our morning server and was so attentive to coffee level and our specific needs (not many). We look forward to more blackberry pie, full breakfasts, and simply quality time at the CPIR. “Went here with a friend on Sunday afternoon. While the downtown is usually buzzing on a day when the weather is perfect, the Emporium was not. Entering is a bit confusing because it's not clear where the "front" is because we entered in a bar area and the restaurant is further back. The service was good and the food was o.k. I would go back, although there are other places downtown I might choose first.“

Called to speak to a manager to let them know to check their salad. on hold for 20 min...then they picked up and hung up on me. 3 strikes you are out. incredibly poor service for a guest service industry. and now after posting I do NOT recommend, this posts as I recommended...haha. do yourself a favor and stay away“

“Had a simple dinner: two entrees and 2 cups of black coffee, and tap water to drink. Total bill Inc tip $115, which feels a bit steep. I had the Ono, which was good if cooked a little more than I'd have liked, but it was tasty and the plate also has succotash and a hushpuppy. My guest had scallops with mushroom risotto which she said was good, but the plate felt pitifully bare and it really needed some vegetables to round it out. Since all the desserts had either gluten or lactose, she was unable to have a dessert to fill her up. The ambience is good in Jax, though loud and the place wasn't full. It didn't bother me at all but might if one is sensitive to noise. The service was excellent.“
