“We have been looking for a new 'go-to' place in Ft Collins, and this is it! We out regularly, and this was the best meal we have had out in a long time. The salad and soup were herby nutty, and well balanced, and the Prime Ribeye was perfect. Even the fingerling potatoes had a charred-grilled twist that we hadn't experienced before, and loved it. The wait and cook staff were the best! We look forward to coming back soon.“

“You have to go to the Mayor! They have great food. My brother said it best when he said, we've never had a bad meal here. He was so right. The food is so good and they have something for everyone. Then there's the awesome service. The people are always fun, helpful, and nice. On top of all that they have 100 taps and again there's something for everyone. I have never not had at least 4 beers I want to try. They do flights of anything you want too. It's one of our favorite places to take people from out of town. We are from Windsor and never mind the drive. If you haven't been do yourself a favor and go check it out.“

“Quintessential breakfast diner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Menu was expansive. Food was quick and hot. Quality and flavor were less than stellar but for the price, it’s hard to beat. For example, the omelet was thinner than cardboard so it made me wonder if they’re using carton eggs (factory cracked) and the chocolate milk was weird and watered down it seemed. Biscuits and gravy needed salt and pepper. I’d give it another chance for sure, again just off of low prices, nice staff and the atmosphere definitely had that roadside diner vibe in a good way.“

“I wandered into this incredibly cool beer bar while exploring the downtown area, and it was a total paradise for anyone who loves a great brew. The wall of tap handles is absolutely massive, and they have an amazing, rotating selection of everything from local microbrews to rare imports that you can't find anywhere else. The bartender was super passionate and let me try a couple of samples before I committed to a full pint of a fantastic local IPA, and the laid-back, unpretentious vibe made it the perfect place to sit back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. I also grabbed a quick basket of their garlic fries which came out hot and perfectly seasoned, making this an absolute must-visit spot whenever you are passing through town.“

“I just got off my flight to DEN, drove an hour and a half, arrived right before the kitchen closes at 9 pm. They served me and made me the highest quality bison short rib that a man can ask for. I enjoyed how soft the meat was, the carrots, the potatoes and topped it off with ice cream/cookies. Definitely worth the food.“

“Was always curious as a Texan to try this place out, and let me tell you that this place is one of the best Barbecue spots I've been to here in Colorado. After hearing from the manager saying y'all were going to Texas to try the BBQ there and bring back that Texan feel, y'all did that perfectly, the food is amazing the staff always super friendly, I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a great BBQ spot to hit this one up!“

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“We come here all the time, this will be the last time. I called at 12, party of 11 people, I was told to call back at 3 for a reservation at 4pm and talk to a manager. The manager told me they don't do call ahead on weekends and they also will not move tables together so my son's birthday party will need to sit at separate tables. Once we arrived they sat 4 separate parties that came after us. They then told us they would not seat us until more staff comes in, for 11 people. They went to seat us at 2 separate tables after waiting for 20 minutes. We then requested the big table in the back that sat all of us comfortably, and we are not small people. This was a joke. 2 of the steaks were inedible they had so much seasoning on them and my plate was drenched in oil. Horrible experience and manager. also there was a 10 month old puppy at the table next to us, sitting in the bench and barking. seriously disappointed. we have eaten here for years and sadly will not be back, we will drive to the one in Thornton“

“One of the best experiences I had in a long time! My wife and I were looking for a nice evening to spend with all the bells and whistles! Emporium definitely delivers! This is my first time to pull over and leave a review. Rob is great bartender and server. Food was amazing a party in my mouth. The burger was cooked just right with multiple flavors hit every taste bud I have. We met the manager as well and he wasn't afraid to come in a timely manner to ask how the food and service was.

I'm very confused by the past reviews because Emporium knocked out of the park. So, don't try to be a food critic and just enjoy Rob and his crew.“
