“Food wasn’t bad! I did find a hair in my food and was upset. The server said she would have my meal compensated, then the manager comes and offers a discount instead. The manager gave ick vibes but Audrey was the prettiest and nicest lady ever!“

“We had the best service and food! Our server Rae was one of the best servers we have had in Cheyenne. While serving all 13 of us drinks and dinner she was so attentive to cleaning up dishes along with other staff members and being sure we had everything we needed. Everything was timely and made for a fabulous experience. Thank you Rib and Chophouse for a wonderful evening and having staff like Rae!!“

“Pour decisions is our favorite place, Megan, Jason and the owner of course are always great, checking in on you. There’s always something to say about restaurants where the owner is working as hard as everyone else! We came in for my daughter’s birthday, Jason went above and beyond, got her some ice cream with sprinkles and a candle and made her day. It definitely says something when your three year old says “pour decisions “ for her birthday!“

“Been to a few Culver’s throughout the country and this is arguably the best one I’ve ever been to. The food is always fresh and on point. The restaurant is always clean. Great workers as well. Especially the drive-thru guy working tonight on Weds (07-17-24). Super friendly and professional and offered my dogs some pup cups. Really cool of him and you guys are lucky to have an employee like him. Will 100 percent come back. Love this place. Thank you!“

“I was hesitant to eat here due to some of the other reviews. I went for it strictly for convenience purpose only as I was already parked in the truck section below the restaurant and finding parking for a big truck is not easy. The atmosphere is elegant and it’s very peaceful in there. My waitress Andrea was on point, courteous, friendly and answered my questions easily. Food came quick and was hot and very delicious. I will absolutely come back the next time I travel through. Their bbq aioli is really good with those hand battered onion rings too! ?“

Also wanna give a shout out to main manager of Cheyenne's Freddy's, I don't know her name but she always checks up on customers, ask how am I doing and even was nice enough to let my meal be on the house when i told her I just got hired right after i got out of a interview someplace else. She is the best food service manager in town“
