“Thai is is by far the best place to grab some food inside of Frontier Mall. Pros and cons below.

Pros: Decent sized menu with American and Greek options. Well priced, I believe it was $19 with tax for 2 people that got 2 full meals. Quickly made with high quality ingredients. Plenty of seating not only inside but outside the restaurant. Very nice gentleman that work the the cashier and cook. Plenty of condiments available and they have my personal favorite, bottled water. AMAZING fries! My gyro was good and my wife LOVED her burger meal.

Cons: Very busy, which isn’t really on their part. Their way of numbering food works, but I swear I saw a woman just walk in and grab an order and leave, so fight for your number! My chicken in my gyro was a little unseasoned so I recommend getting the feta cheese for sure. Card is taxed, so use cash!

Parking: Just park in the frontier mall parking lots. There are so many spots, but DO NOT leave your windows down. People will bend your license plate to mark your car, which means they’re going to come back and break in.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s all flat inside of the mall, so this shouldn’t be an issue.“

“Been a customer of the Cheyenne DellRange store for many years. I love their fish and ordered a three pc dinner with fries and Cole slaw in the drive through a few minutes ago. Got home….great fish but no-zero fries. Checked my receipt and they’re on it. Shocked because this never happens at Culver’s! Don’t make a habit of it.“

“since I moved to cheyenne, I’ve ordered five guys on doordash so many times and I always get the same thing, it’s always bacon cheeseburger, but since it comes with 2 patties, I’d usually call them and ask to substitute the one patty with extra bacon, not because I despise the patty, but because I really like the bacon. Sometimes when I placed an order at the store, I’d usually ask for more bacon and I wanted to pay for it, because bacon isn’t cheap.

and mind you, i’m typing this review while eating the burger that has just arrived. so when I had already placed an order, I gave them a call, and as usual, I mentioned my name “hi this is monika…” not even got the chance to finish my sentence, the lovely girl said “one patty and extra bacon for you”, HAHAHA OMG THE BEST FEELING EVER, and she also knew that I loved the grilled mushrooms, so she gave me extra mushrooms 🥹❤️, please please tell her my gratitude, she’s so sweet. and please let me pay at the store for extra bacon next time 🫶🏻“

“Usually don't have high expectations when I visit a fast food spot, but this location was great. I was even visiting during the lunch rush and the food was fast, hot , good, but what stood out most was the staff. Very precise, thorough, and the manager on duty was very attentive and helpful to them and the customers. Visited 9/2 around noon.“

He was proactive, positive, and checked in on us as if we were dining at a fancy establishment. One of the best servers I have ever encountered. “The Dell Range QDOBA has consistently been a solid location in Cheyenne. After having a less-than-great experience at another location, QDOBA customer service provided me with two free entrees, which I appreciated.
On this visit, I paid extra for additional meat, and while I still felt the portion could have been a little more generous, the overall experience was very positive. The staff was attentive, organized, and clearly communicated with one another. When I arrived to pick up my order, they knew exactly where it was, whose order it was, and had it ready to go without any confusion or waiting around.
This location seems to be well staffed and well managed. The customer service was noticeably better than what I've experienced elsewhere, and the team appeared to genuinely care about keeping things moving efficiently.
One suggestion: QDOBA is extremely popular in Cheyenne, and I think a drive-thru location would do very well. Many people love the convenience of places like Subway, and having a drive-thru option for burritos, bowls, and other menu items would likely be a huge hit.
Overall, this location continues to be a dependable choice, and the staff deserves recognition for providing a smooth and professional customer experience.“

“Every time I come to Cheyenne I make sure I go to Taco Johns. I wish they would bring back the salsa bar with the original recipes. The company has stated they brought back the original recipe in the packages, but it is not the same. Again, I hope they bring back the salsas and the salsa bar.“

I worked at Subway many years ago so I am incredibly picky when it comes to how my sandwich is made and the service I receive at Subway. She was attentive, friendly, and changed her gloves in between multi tasking. She was super fast with my large order as well!“
