Arby's offers consistent food quality and friendly service, but there have been issues with beverages. During a recent visit, the dining room was closed for renovations. In the drive-thru, two different drinks were handed to a customer, and the staff member was unsure which was which. Another customer reported that the sweet tea had gone bad, and despite mentioning it to multiple staff members, it was not addressed. The food itself was found to be good in both cases. While there were service and quality control issues, the staff was generally friendly and the soda machine was noted to be good.
