“I always usually have super nice staff but why is the service is so incredibly slow? I’ve been in the drive-through for about 25 minutes now and I am doing my best to understand but I have never been through a drive-through this slowwwwww“

“I had a really nice experience tonight. I was taking a little long at the drive through to decide (no one was behind me), but the person taking the order was very polite and patient and asked if I had any questions. Furthermore, when I rolled up to the window, the young gentlemen greeted me kindly and gave us our order pretty fast and even double checked on sauces we might need. When we were leaving, the gentleman wished us a wonderful night. I believe the cashier's name was Zachary S. It's rare to have such politeness and kindness in today's world of quick eats. I got home and only beef patties and cheese. No veggies at all, no mayo no ketchup, just plain. I fed them to my dog. Won't be back“
