“I had a really nice experience tonight. I was taking a little long at the drive through to decide (no one was behind me), but the person taking the order was very polite and patient and asked if I had any questions. Furthermore, when I rolled up to the window, the young gentlemen greeted me kindly and gave us our order pretty fast and even double checked on sauces we might need. When we were leaving, the gentleman wished us a wonderful night. I believe the cashier's name was Zachary S. It's rare to have such politeness and kindness in today's world of quick eats. “Kaleb deserves a raise... or at the very least an extra scoop of queso. Dude was friendly, fast, and somehow managed to keep a great attitude while dealing with the lunch rush. He made my burrito like it was the most important burrito of the day, and I respect that kind of dedication. Great customer service is getting harder to find, but Kaleb absolutely nailed it. I'll definitely be back—partly for the food, but also because employees like him make the whole place better.

I came here last week, went to visit Fort Collins and came here with my kids. I went inside and overall the place felt comfortable! Though, it got super busy when I went. But luckily, I was able to find a nice round table where we could sit. Couldn't catch her name, but it was young girl with pink/white glasses I think. She was so kind! Even when it was packed, she still kept her smile! :). As a past GM, I loved how well she handled customers even when It gets busy! I'll be sure to come back soon!“
