“The food was hot and what you would expect from McDonald's, although the fries could've been fresher.The restaurant is clean. My problem with McDonald's of late is that there's no interaction anymore. Ths is a corporate thing. You order off of the app or the kiosk,andd they bring it your food and that's it. If you want to order in person or get something, you have to stand at the counter and wait and wait and wait for somebody to notice you, or yell across the counter. I really miss customer ?“
“Great food selection and variety!! I stop here often. Just wish that the wait times wouldn't be so crazy long! Takes around 15-20 minutes just for a small order with a few things. Definitely stop if you are wanting Taco Bell and have time, just don't if you are in a hurry!“
“I try not to make a habit of eating fast food, but I have lived in Wellington since 2018 so I have been to this location numerous times. I feel this location gets slammed all the time on FB. Not sure why because I have had nothing but good experiences. We personally always do the drive-thru. We usually get asked how we are doing, and they say "thank you" after our order is placed. Honestly, the level of professionalism makes me think the BK is stepping up their training and/or standards.I have to give a shout out to Dustin. I feel like I always show up when he is on the clock. He is a hard worker. Taking to-go orders then turning around and making fries. This guy is always over-the-top nice. He deserves a promotion/raise because you don't find that level of kindness in food service anymore. Thanks Dustin for caring about your job (like so many don't) and thanks BK...I'm enjoying my burger tonight.“

“Aaron was phenomenal. We walked in just before he was closing shop. I hate to be those people but we were. I could tell he had already restocked and was putting things away for the evening. He did not sigh, there was no resentment in his voice, instead he was extraordinarily helpful making suggestions when needed and reassuring us that there was no problem with us coming in so late. He was happy to help and amazed me in doing so. I've worked the service industry most of my life and couldn't have asked for a more model employee. Aaron thank you for taking care of us even though you had to restock yet again once we were done we greatly appreciate it and wish you the best“
“Came in Easter Sunday at 6 PM (March 31, 2024). Was greeted by the SWEETEST and beyond helpful staff. Whoever was working this day at this time FOH deserves a raise and acknowledgement for their hard work. They are making qdoba look fabulous. Food is fresh af too!“
“The drive-thru and the parking lot design is the worst I've ever seen in my life. Once you pull into the drive-thru you're trapped in two lanes of drive-thru, and cars parked in the parking lot with just about 2 feet of space to each side. When those parked cars want to leave, everyone has to maneuver like a slide puzzle, so they can attempt to leave. I never saw anyone get out, but I believe they need to join the drive thru line temporarily, then slowly inch out until they finally reach the exit (which isn't clearly marked) at the far back of the lot. What an absolute cluster! Do not enter this area if you are claustrophobic, a bad driver or don't have 30-40 minutes to waste!Other popular restaurants like In 'N Out and Chick- Fil-A have the parking lot/drive-thru/demand/service figured out...Ok, all that for what? Yes, very good chicken and sauce (both definitely better than Chick Fil A), but just average for fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast. Seriously, those items could be purchased at your local supermarket and taste pretty much the same! I wouldn't be surprised if the fries were just those frozen Ore-ida bagged variety!Parking: Terrible design! 2 drive thru lanes choke ALL of the parking lot“
“Always a great experience at the Wellington Taco John's location. Our order didn't process through the online system but the manager got us taken care of right away. This is one of the VERY few places that our order is correct when we get it. Thanks ya'll! Keep up the good work!“
