I always usually have super nice staff but why is the service is so incredibly slow? I’ve been in the drive-through for about 25 minutes now and I am doing my best to understand but I have never been through a drive-through this slowwwwww
Bathroom was clean and fast food was good. Don't like to order my food with the computer so I DIDN'T .
It's a shame being in a very small town, that they know they can deliver such poor customer service and many people will still come back (due to such limited other options in a small town). Corporate really needs to step in and bring back up the standards

McDonald's is a standard restaurant known for its consistent good food, although the French fries and apple pies could be fresher and hotter between 12-4 pm. The restaurant maintains cleanliness, and the food is generally hot and meets expectations. However, there is limited interaction with staff, as customers are encouraged to order through the app or kiosk. Some customers feel that they often have to use the kiosks instead of being able to interact with a human, which can be frustrating, especially when the service can ruin the experience. Complaints about missing sauces, wrong drinks, and cold fries are common, leading some to prefer other locations. Despite these issues, Chris, the floor manager on some evenings, has been recognized for his helpfulness and generosity in trying to expedite orders and address concerns. The restaurant also offers accessible parking and is wheelchair accessible.
