“I try not to make a habit of eating fast food, but I have lived in Wellington since 2018 so I have been to this location numerous times. I feel this location gets slammed all the time on FB. Not sure why because I have had nothing but good experiences. We personally always do the drive-thru. We usually get asked how we are doing, and they say "thank you" after our order is placed. Honestly, the level of professionalism makes me think the BK is stepping up their training and/or standards.I have to give a shout out to Dustin. I feel like I always show up when he is on the clock. He is a hard worker. Taking to-go orders then turning around and making fries. This guy is always over-the-top nice. He deserves a promotion/raise because you don't find that level of kindness in food service anymore. Thanks Dustin for caring about your job (like so many don't) and thanks BK...I'm enjoying my burger tonight.“
“Great food. But extremely overpriced. $338 plus tip for our party of 4 people. And, they don’t tell you but they charged us an extra fee in order to pay their kitchen staff to cook our food. Really? I already paid $125 for my one steak dinner and then they added another mandatory $13 fee that they say they charge in order to pay their kitchen staff and to keep prices down. What? Prices down? I paid $125 for my dinner. That fee is unacceptable. The reason that I won’t go back. Sad. Because, other than the awful prices, the food and service was great.“

“Amy was our server and she was fantastic! We were there at St. Patrick's Day. Doing a Fort Collins article for Colorado Martini. We stopped at our favorite burger joint in Fort Collins. “My husband and I move to Colorado from TX back in Oct 2023 and have been searching for some GOOD tacos. I am soooo glad we found this taco truck. I ordered Al Pastor tacos and my husband order chorizo and they were SO DELICIOUS ?I had to order seconds right after! and the Red sauce?!? Omg!!! “Went today on my lunch break, my coworker recommended I go. I'm not going to lie the 60/40 was amazing, it was perfect. The fries were pretty good as well. Best thing is it was half the price of when I go to eat at the taco place, the sandwich place, or the Chinese restraunt. I will definitely be going back again..“

“This is a lovely establishment that is perfect for a drop in lunch or late afternoon custard snack. The food is cooked right in front of you and done quickly. The steak burgers are smashed to perfection and the fries are addictive. The service is the best part, as anytime I walk up to the counter I feel welcomed in like I’m stoping by to see my friends. Definitely my favorite place to eat on campus.“
“The folks who work here are the kindest staff I have ever met at a fast casual restaurant. The people who work here deserve raises and to be recognized for their great customer service. I ordered "the fat shack" next time I would probably get "the Bronco" or something different to spice it up. The sandwich was good and you really can't beat getting it right after it was made. It was my first time getting a sandwich that wasn't delivered and it was worth it. Great experience. “Great service and love the products especially the seasonal items like the S'mores Shake and the summer fruity slushies. I also love the dipped cone flavors both the regular chocolate and vanilla but the cherry and butterscotch are amazing! The ladies behind the counter are 9 out of 10 times, are friendly, engaging, smile a lot and are quick and accurate with orders, and the location is accessible and never super busy like other ice cream shops. I will continue to visit and enjoy this store and all it offers!“
“The food was hot and what you would expect from McDonald's, although the fries could've been fresher.The restaurant is clean. My problem with McDonald's of late is that there's no interaction anymore. Ths is a corporate thing. You order off of the app or the kiosk,andd they bring it your food and that's it. If you want to order in person or get something, you have to stand at the counter and wait and wait and wait for somebody to notice you, or yell across the counter. I really miss customer ?“
