Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard offers fast, piping hot burgers and tasty shakes with perfect consistency. Customers praise the yummy cheeseburgers, crispy fries, and thick milkshakes. The Big Daddy burger with wild fries and dipping sauce is a favorite. The manager is helpful and kind, and customers appreciate the excellent food and great customer service. Recent reviews highlight amazing service and good food, with customers noting that staff go above and beyond by providing large cones for ice cream and even helping with their dogs.
The restaurant is in a tricky location, making it somewhat hard to reach, but the staff, especially an employee named Avery, is praised for their excellent assistance. There is plenty of seating inside, including kid-friendly options, and custard treats that are fresh and not previously frozen. Parking is limited with about six spots, and most customers prefer to use the take-out window. Though the bathrooms can be tough to use, customers can wash their hands before eating. Overall, customers highly recommend this place for its friendly service, perfectly cooked burgers, and fresh ingredients, hoping for the restaurant to expand to other locations like Seattle, Washington.
