At a competitors location; I ate about a third of what I ordered because it was poor quality at this place . So I went to Wing Shack which is far superior and far less expensive.“

The employee who answered the phone was so paitent and did everything she could to understand the situation. The store manager at the time, Kyle, was so apologetic and did whatever he could to make it right. Mistakes happen sometimes but I so appreciate the awesome customer service I recieved.
