“Since the Tortilla Factory website filters out reviews that aren’t 4 or 5 stars, I will post here. Historically it had been great food, but I was very disappointed today. I ordered the Pollo Yucateco through the drive through at lunch. In the past, AMAZING. Today, old rice, dried out chicken, moldy avocados and zero cheese or tomatoes. I tip appropriately and am respectful to staff as they put up with so much in their day. Just disappointed and hope this is a one off.“

“Great tacos, just off interstate 80! Just happened to be driving cross country and wanted something other than fast food. Tacos were legit and had great flavor. Looking forward to stopping for tacos when I drive back through in a couple of months.

“The Dell Range QDOBA has consistently been a solid location in Cheyenne. After having a less-than-great experience at another location, QDOBA customer service provided me with two free entrees, which I appreciated.
On this visit, I paid extra for additional meat, and while I still felt the portion could have been a little more generous, the overall experience was very positive. The staff was attentive, organized, and clearly communicated with one another. When I arrived to pick up my order, they knew exactly where it was, whose order it was, and had it ready to go without any confusion or waiting around.
This location seems to be well staffed and well managed. The customer service was noticeably better than what I've experienced elsewhere, and the team appeared to genuinely care about keeping things moving efficiently.
One suggestion: QDOBA is extremely popular in Cheyenne, and I think a drive-thru location would do very well. Many people love the convenience of places like Subway, and having a drive-thru option for burritos, bowls, and other menu items would likely be a huge hit.

“Having grown up on the west coast, I was concerned moving to Cheyenne regarding some of my favorite food: Cali style Mexican fast food. Glad to have found this place. Great quick food and excellent salsa bar. Would love to see a renovation inside, and a little touch up outside, but the building isn't the food. Friendly staff. All around solid place to eat.“

“Delicious takeout. Got the bean burrito with potato oles. Could not complain. The potato oles are fried to perfection. Don't know where taco johns gets the tortillas. Would like to know, because there good. So, if your in the Cheyenne and want good, take out Mexican fast food, go to Taco Johns. Don't go to taco bell. Thank you guys!“

“We stopped for a quick lunch on a quick turnaround trip from Colorado. Never heard of Taco John's, so we thought we'd try it. Pretty cool that it actually started in Cheyenne. Service was great, the gentleman was super helpful with us figuring out what to order. Store looked and felt very clean. Food was good. Potato Ole's were nice and crispy. Tacos were solid. If we were ever in the area again we would definitely stop by if we need a quick meal.“

“Every time I come to Cheyenne I make sure I go to Taco Johns. I wish they would bring back the salsa bar with the original recipes. The company has stated they brought back the original recipe in the packages, but it is not the same. Again, I hope they bring back the salsas and the salsa bar.“
