“Since the Tortilla Factory website filters out reviews that aren’t 4 or 5 stars, I will post here. Historically it had been great food, but I was very disappointed today. I ordered the Pollo Yucateco through the drive through at lunch. In the past, AMAZING. Today, old rice, dried out chicken, moldy avocados and zero cheese or tomatoes. I tip appropriately and am respectful to staff as they put up with so much in their day. Just disappointed and hope this is a one off.“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but the contrast between QDOBA Mexican Eats and Chipotle Mexican Grill was so big it needed to be said.

Chipotle has completely fallen off. The food was sloppy, portions were weak, the place wasn’t clean, and the service felt rushed and annoyed—like customers were an inconvenience. For what they charge now, it was honestly pretty shit.

QDOBA, on the other hand, absolutely set the standard for this type of restaurant. The service was friendly and dialed in, the food was fresh and actually looked like it was made with care, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. Portions were solid, flavors were on point, and the whole experience felt intentional instead of lazy.

If this is the future of fast-casual Mexican food, QDOBA is leading and Chipotle is coasting on a name they no longer live up to. Night and day difference.

“Went here later in the lunch hour and everything was awesome! Authentic tacos, plenty of seating even though it was busy. The digital screens made ordering a breeze—quality of a great food truck with the ordering convenience of a modern restaurant. Food came quickly. Will definitely becoming back here for my street taco fix.“

“Having grown up on the west coast, I was concerned moving to Cheyenne regarding some of my favorite food: Cali style Mexican fast food. Glad to have found this place. Great quick food and excellent salsa bar. Would love to see a renovation inside, and a little touch up outside, but the building isn't the food. Friendly staff. All around solid place to eat.“

Would like to know, because there good. So, if your in the Cheyenne and want good, take out Mexican fast food, go to Taco Johns. Don't go to taco bell. Thank you guys!“

He was proactive, positive, and checked in on us as if we were dining at a fancy establishment. One of the best servers I have ever encountered. The rest of the staff was proactively cleaning or taking orders. Very well run store.“

“Every time I come to Cheyenne I make sure I go to Taco Johns. I wish they would bring back the salsa bar with the original recipes. The company has stated they brought back the original recipe in the packages, but it is not the same. Again, I hope they bring back the salsas and the salsa bar.“
