Since the Tortilla Factory website filters out reviews that aren’t 4 or 5 stars, I will post here. Historically it had been great food, but I was very disappointed today. I ordered the Pollo Yucateco through the drive through at lunch. In the past, AMAZING. Today, old rice, dried out chicken, moldy avocados and zero cheese or tomatoes. I tip appropriately and am respectful to staff as they put up with so much in their day. Just disappointed and hope this is a one off.
We live in Casper and ate at the Cheyenne location on our way to Fort Collins. We always stop there. We actually had two little bugs in our rice that were still moving around. We showed the waitress who showed it to a manager, but another manager came by and pretty much accused us of lying. He took half off. He was more worried about us lying than being apologetic about actual bugs in the food. Disappointing experience to say the least. He eventually took the whole meal off, but...read full review
use to love this place, now it is a glorified Taco John's. will never be going back. The new Mexican restaurant in town is way better.
