Since the Tortilla Factory website filters out reviews that aren’t 4 or 5 stars, I will post here. Historically it had been great food, but I was very disappointed today. I ordered the Pollo Yucateco through the drive through at lunch. In the past, AMAZING. Today, old rice, dried out chicken, moldy avocados and zero cheese or tomatoes. I tip appropriately and am respectful to staff as they put up with so much in their day. Just disappointed and hope this is a one off.

Tortilla Factory offers a mixed dining experience with excellent service and attentive staff. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The breakfast menu features a classic breakfast, and the breakfast burritos are amazing, especially the smothered chorizo one. While the restaurant provides complimentary chips and salsa, the food quality varies, with fajitas and barbacoa being highlights. The standout tortillas and pork green chili dishes are a must-try. The flour tortillas are particularly noteworthy, and the Cadillac Margaritas are refreshing, although they may lack in tequila. The Green Chile Burritos are also popular, praised for their good spice and flavor. Although the lunch and dinner meals can be hit or miss, it is still worth a visit for the tortillas, pork chili dishes, and the plate of 3 Lengua tacos, which are described as 100% delicious.
