We stopped for a quick lunch on a quick turnaround trip from Colorado. Never heard of Taco John's, so we thought we'd try it. Pretty cool that it actually started in Cheyenne. Service was great, the gentleman was super helpful with us figuring out what to order. Store looked and felt very clean. Food was good. Potato Ole's were nice and crispy. Tacos were solid. If we were ever in the area again we would definitely stop by if we need a quick meal.
It's good when there are a lot of vegetables, but it's bad when they're not so fresh.
