Employees were great! The food was made horrible. Ordered B1 meat and potato burrito, they literally sprinkled a few sausage peice on it.

Pretty slow at the 23rd street location, both inside and in drive-thru, waited 10 minutes both times I've been there, 3pm and 9:30pm, so not busy times. it's just a burrito; warm tortilla, add ingredients, wrap, grill!

Not exaggerating when I say every other time I eat here my food is messed up. They leave out ingredients or put the wrong ones in. Line cooks need to learn the menu. I work downtown. Wish they could get it together.Wheelchair accessibility: They have it

Its always a treat while traveling to come across regionally managed taco bell-adjacent restaurants, due to the fact that taco bell is so incredibly corporate and inconsistent that its hardly ever worth it. Whether its Taco Time near Seattle, or a classic Del Taco in the southwest: I love convienent Mexican American cuisine with the recipes ( and value ) of yesteryear. That being said, Taco Johns ( this location at least ) was impressively worse than taco bell in terms of value, freshness, and efficiency.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes & the line never moved. Went to the one on Gellowstone instead & it was fast & good.

The best taco burger I've had in years. The employees were very nice. The restaurant was very clean. I definitely recommend this location.

The gal at the drive-thru window was downright RUDE.Food wasn't prepared properly (no sauce) and when I asked for some was told there was an EXTRA CHARGE.I might try some of the other Taco John's in town, but I won't be going back to the one on Carey.
