Beautiful location. I usually do mobile order but I’m so tired of my tea being made wrong. I’m a former partner and I know the recipe and chucking two tea bags in a cup isn’t how Starbucks wants their drinks made. It’s also a pain to drink when the tea clogs the openings of the cup. So frustrated. 😡

Starbucks Coffee Company has a location in Central Av. that stands out for its great customer service. The staff is always upbeat and approachable, greeting everyone equally. They even add a lovely note on the side of the cup. The customer service is really good, with friendly ladies working hard to push out orders. This location is also known for its tremendous hospitality, with staff using customers' names when ordering and leaving. The store is centrally located in downtown Cheyenne, although it could use a renovation. Some customers have had issues with their orders, such as syrup being added to their drink when they didn't ask for it. However, the staff is very sweet and the bathrooms are clean. The overall vibe of this Starbucks is welcoming, with a lovely atmosphere that makes customers want to come back.
