“What a fabulous experience! First, greeted by a lovely lady who knew my name. Then, innovative cocktails that were quite a surprise. The sumptuous meal, with delicious wine, was served at the perfect pace. The sommelier was clearly turned on by the discoveries he shared with us. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Every bite encouraged us to eat more…drink more…relax more… The chef visited our table, and between him and our server, (who was also a sommelier) we felt like regulars even though it was our first time there. It won’t be our last: we intend to become regulars, and suggest you do as well. Not a single disappointment - including the availability of parking. Can’t wait to go back.“

“This is a sweet little gem hidden in a strip mall in Niwot. Simple cafe seating under giant cottonwoods makes for great ambiance.
For appetizers, we started with the corn ribs. They had a beautiful sauce on them and the presentation was both beautiful and inventive. We followed that with a local salad that was okay. For the height of Summer, the greens were a little tough and it lacked the abundance that you associate with August. The gazpacho was excellent.
For the main course, I had the steak frites. The steak was perfectly done with a compound butter on top. The cut of meat was tender and I'm guessing about 4 oz. The fries were disappointing and a little oil sodden. Not horrible but the fryer should have been turned up a little higher. My friend has the crab cakes that were good but not exceptional.
I was a little curious to the claim that they make 90% of their menu source locally. Being August, I would have expected much more summer vegetables and less seafood on the menu.
For dessert, we had the chocolate tart. The filling was excellent, an excellent body and not too sweet, finished with a dusting of maldon sea salt. The tart shell was a little heavy and not a good match for the amazing filling.
For drinks, I had an old fashioned and my friend had a mezcal drink, both of which were really done well. Compliments to the bartender.
The service was excellent and we had a new hire waiter named Ty who was attentive and personable.
The crowd was interestingly all women, and I'm guessing mostly niwot locals in their 50s and '60s. Conversation was lively and wine was flowing.
I like the idea of fine dining in Niwot and will definitely dine there again. Local restaurants who make good food and support local farmers deserve our support. I highly recommend checking it out.

“Great day to enjoy happy hour on the patio! Made a meal of happy hour food and drink items. Old Fashioned was great, as were the crispy cauliflower, wings, and grilled pimento cheese slider. Great service by Dante and the rest of the team. Looking forward to enjoying more fall days on the patio!“
“Had the BLT and potato salad, very good. Fun watching planes when munching“
“Stayed there to go to a wedding in Longmont. We ordered two Ubers and they never showed up and/or cancelled for some unknown reason. It was pouring rain and we were about to miss our niece's wedding. One of the employees at the front desk, Drew actually drove us to the wedding. My husband tried to pay him and he would not accept payment. We made it to the wedding on time. Thank you Drew!!!“

“Stop in and have a Cuervo and a long neck Bud. Burgers from a grill, a jukebox, ample parking, perfect place to meet up with or make friends. A very biker-friendly joint that you can take the family to as well.
Highly Recommended!

“My wife Carmen and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 46th anniversary on October 9, 2022, capping the day with a visit to the historic Greenbriar Inn north of Boulder. The food was as amazing as we remembered, while the service (especially from our host Megan) was impeccable and the atmosphere was quite cozy. Instead of just the two of us dining together, our usual custom for at least the past 20 years, I decided to surprise Carmen by inviting our three sons and some close family friends for dinner in a familiar place that we haven’t frequented recently. After a warm greeting by friendly owner Philip Goddard, we were taken to a private dining room that once served as the Inn’s lone restaurant space. The special treatment continued throughout the memorable night. While Happy Anniversary 46 will be hard to top, another date at this remarkable restaurant next year is a distinct possibility. Since October 9 is on a Monday next year (when the Greenbriar is closed), we might have to change our plans: Is it too early to make a reservation for October 8, 2023?“

“Red Robin has a wide variety of tasty selections on their menus, along with excellent service. The Avo-cobb-o salad is delicious, and the presentation is just as mouth-watering as it looks on the menu. We went 2 nights in a row and were happy to have had Melisa as our awesome server both times.
Kid-friendliness: Red Robin is a great family restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.“
