“I’m writing this review the morning after my wedding because I was so thrilled with our experience at The Mill that I didn’t even want to wait.If you’re considering booking The Mill for your wedding (or any event), stop considering and just DO IT. The venue is absolutely stunning in every sense of the word, from the beautiful exposed brick, to the decked out bar area, and the lovely bridal house.Beyond just the aesthetics, the staff here are INCREDIBLE. We had Bailey as our Day of Coordinator, and she went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we wanted and running smoothly. I can’t even put into words how amazing she was through the entire day.The owner, Brandon, has also been so kind to us throughout the entire process and very communicative. He even stopped by the bridal house in the morning to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The bar staff was also incredible and kept us updated on where we were with the tab, and the drinks were fantastic.Our wedding was an absolute dream and I am so beyond happy we went with The Mill. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!“
“There were some customers right next to where we were seated that were having a very loud argumentative "conversation." Thank goodness they left just before we ordered! After that, the atmosphere was wonderful! Every person that was working there was wonderful! Our server said he was very sorry about that group's volume, but all customers are welcome, and they had been warned about the volume just before we got there and left soon after. All was perfect afterwards. The staff did a great job with everthing, the manager went around to every customer after that group left to make sure every thing was great. We were offered a discount because of that groups behavior, but we told them no thank you, because we saw that they did all that they could. This place is wonderful and the food is always very good; prepared and presented. The atmoshere, despite the loud customers, was beautiful! We have been to this place many times before and it was always perfection. We'll return again soon.?Wheelchair accessibility: They were all very helpful and accomodating, without having to be asked!“
“Visited from out of town. Great wings and pretzel bites. They each had something unique (smoked flavor with the wings and quality dipping sauces for the pretzels). The beer selection was awesome with multiple that I really enjoyed. The service was also very attentive and passionate about their craft.“
“Stopped here for coffee today and was impressed with the service. The line was long, but one of the baristas stepped outside into the cold to take my order before I got to the window to try to speed up the process. The coffee tasted excellent and the chocolate covered coffee bean is a wonderful bonus.“
“I’ve been in numerous times over the past few years. New menu after new menu I can happily say I’ve never been dissatisfied. The bar and server staff are always on top of things making for a genuinely relaxing and lovely experience. The managers are very friendly and never hesitate to stop by your table to make sure your time in is as enjoyable as can be! Veronica has welcomed me in multiple mornings with the biggest smile and wonderful conversation. Overall this place has done me well and I hope to continue stopping by!!“
“After spending a wasted morning at a different local restaurant. We decided to stop in for a drink. We told the staff about our experience and they went over the top to make sure we were taken care of here. Ali is a great bartender and you can’t beat the atmosphere. Love this place.“
“Food was very good. We went for happy hour on a Friday at about 4:15. Too late - happy hour is from 2:00 - 4:00! Really? A little bright, but nice ambiance overall. They finally dimmed the lights at about 5:30. Otherwise a very nice little place.“
“My wife and I decided to eat dinner here today. The waitress working today was very friendly and professional. This restaurant have the best Street Tacos in Weld County, Larimer county, in my opinion. decided to try their fried chicken dinner and it was so hot, juicy and crispy. We have great experience eating here each time. Thank you!“
“I’m so glad they changed their menu. I had quit going for a while because I wasn’t a fan of the Italian theme. This time we went the food was GREAT! I had the figgy burger and let me tell ya, it was probably in the top 10 best burgers I’ve ever had. The cheese curds were also delicious! The server was also very sweet.“
“LOVE THIS PLACE in downtown Windsor! The drinks were killer, great bar tender and service was great too. Just one thing is I wish they’d not salt the burger and tacos so much. “It's a fun spot! I recently went back to back weekends, one for my nephews 8th birthday and then bowling with work. So, I was able to experience it all. The food was great, and it was an overall fun time. Great selection of games, laser tag, and bowling. I was glad for the great selection of bowling balls. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a little bit of everything.“
“The food & service was amazing. We were seated at the last table and because it was so light outside, we had trouble seeing each other's face! Prices were high, but well worth it. We opted for the ala carte menu and we still spent over $500 on the meal including drinks for 4 people. Ouch!“
