Amazing food for a great price!
Recently had the prime rib and it was cooked perfectly. The Mexican food is delicious with perfect amount of heat. My kids love the chicken nuggets and fries. Everyone in the family can find something to enjoy here!
Love the small town, family owned eatery in downtown Windsor. The menu features a wide variety of Southwestern comfort food including some New Mexico dishes. Quick, friendly service and delicious food. Reminds me of home.

The Border Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with its outstanding food and exceptional service. Renowned for their mouthwatering Street Tacos, the restaurant also serves up a delicious fried chicken dinner that is hot, juicy, and crispy. Recently, customers have praised the prime rib dinner for being absolutely delicious, with tender meat and real mashed potatoes and gravy. The wait staff, including Eric, is consistently cheerful, friendly, and accommodating, making customers feel welcome and catering to their needs. While the small storefront may not be immediately impressive, the quality of the food and the warm, inviting atmosphere make it a favorite among locals. The restaurant is perfect for a casual meal with friends, and customers appreciate the efficient service and great prices. With ample parking available in the back, even if it requires walking past the busy kitchen, The Border Restaurant is a must-visit for those seeking a satisfying and memorable meal.
