Hey everyone I want to recognize an amazing man… Micheal a worker at McDonald’s is truly one of the sweetest most genuine human beings I’ve ever met. He is always so friendly and helpful and full of compliments. He absolutely amazed me the other day. He could tell I was upset and had been crying he asked me if I was ok and how my day was going. When I told him I had just found out that my cousin had past away, he told me wait and that he wasn’t going to let me pay for...read full review
It's mcd's, it quick and it's ok
In the 9 years I've lived in Windsor, this McDonald's has yet to pack my order correctly. I always check that the ticket on the outside of the bag reads correctly to what I ordered, but when I get home there is ALWAYS something missing. And they refuse to refund me unless I go back in, which isn't always an option for me with limited transportation. I have 3 kids, so obviously I'll be back, but I guess I'll have to unpack the bag every time before going home.

McDonald's provides decent parking and kind staff, despite sometimes being understaffed. While food quality can be a toss-up, some customers have experienced issues like hair in their burger or a bug in their orange juice. However, management has been known to respond quickly to problems and offer replacements. This McDonald's is stripped down, with no fountain drink machines in the dining room. The entirely Spanish speaking staff is efficient. Parking can be crowded at certain times, but there is a play area for the kids and it is wheelchair accessible.
