There is an outstanding employee at this location (who’s name I forgot to ask) that is so pleasant with customers and clearly helpful to coworkers (multiple occasions). I hope the Person in Charge on this evening’s shift gets promoted to manager soon. Best fast food service I’ve ever had; best employee attitude I’ve ever encountered.
This location has never let me down. The quality of their subs blow subway out of the water... Granted no fast food sub will be the quality that a real deli will provide, but there really aren't any delis in Windsor so this is the best option. And they are actually pretty great!

This was our first and last time at JJs. The worker behind the counter was very friendly and shared her thoughts on which items she liked best. We just did not like the sandwiches. The bread didn't have much flavor and overall the taste of the sandwich was just....meh.
