Whenever I go to Oskar Blues, I get the grilled salmon. Half of the time the dish is amazing!This time it was the worst! It tasted very sweet with old oil. The salmon piece was smaller than normal and seasoned oddly in clumps and the mashed potatoes were dry. The vegetables were under cooked to almost raw like they were tossed a couple times then served.
