First off, the brussels sprouts are absolutely divine! Literally, the best brussels sprouts that I have ever eaten. They are a wonderful combination of sweet and savory that is totally crave-worthy. A friend and I went to have dinner yesterday. Both of us have been there 3-4 times before. Always having a good experience. The restaurant food is one of the better ones in Cheyenne. The biggest gripe I have is the $1.60 fee for using my CC for a $35 bill. I travel all over the world and eat at many different restaurants. No one has ever charged a 4.5% fee to use my CC. Over all really good, customer service is super nice and on top of things. The food is a delicious surprise. They have menu ideas out of the normal for Cheynne food and I think that is a great to have a wide variety of dishes. Anyone looking for somewhere new to try out give Paris west is a good place to look
