We went for Easter brunch. And the food was mediocre for the price that was charged. The service was ok. It was overpriced for what was served. Having to remove the lids for each entree and no room to put it anywhere was something I haven't seen on a buffet.

OVERATED !!!Food not good for $47.00 a plate...Will not recommend... enter at your own risk...* Hidden price* Food looks like leftovers from the previous day* It is a bad bussines practice* if you are having trouble with people coming in ?you need better food or a better cook... obviously not a Chef...price gouging is not going to help...how about a refund for the inconvenience...?not a pleasant experience... like I said will not recommend...very pissed... may go on social media too...extremely disappointed...

The service was very good. The waiter was new and learning the menu. He apologized when he was not sure, but got answers for us. The homemade dressing was very good. We got the honey mustard vinaigrette and triple berry vinaigrette. They were both delicious. The stuffed chicken breast was very good. Cooked nicely, not dry or tough. I would have enjoyed the chicken even more if it had a sauce over the top. The blackened steak with creamy cognac sauce was cooked perfectly. The right amount of pink inside. The steak was juicy.

To me (an occasional visitor to Cheyenne) the place seems like a food desert (or maybe food monoculture is more accurate) so was excited to find this place. It’s worth a visit- we found the food good, more or less decently prepared though service was pretty slow for a not very busy dinner time visit.

I was very disappointed with the food and service last week at Paris West . We had reservations for eleven people and I understand with a large group like that it is expected to have some wait time. I think though an hour and forty-five minutes is an outrageous wait time especially for brunch. The waitress apologized a few times for the delay and her excuse was that the other half of the restaurant was busy. Many of those patrons were seated long after we were already waiting. We asked for a refill of coffee which took thirty minutes to complete. An hour later she came back with some chips and one small cheese dip which was enough for a couple of people. The waitress stated she would return with more cheese dip. We didn’t receive that either. I ordered the build your own omelette that comes with egg and choice of cheese , each add on item to the omelette was an extra three dollars. I added ham, mushrooms and fire roasted tomatoes. When our food was finally delivered we had to ask for silverware. The food was cold but I was hungry so I ate part of it. The omelette contained one quarter inch size of ham, two mushrooms slices and mushy tomatoes, which was an additional $9. The egg was also very dry. We didn’t complain to the waitress she was just doing her job and it wasn’t her fault the food was cold and substandard. She did offer to take 15% off the bill which doesn’t seem like enough for our very long wait time. I have to shared with others the our experience at Paris West. The first question I get was why I didn’t walk out. The reason is I was invited and didn’t want to be rude to her. My family will never return to Paris West. They were unhappy with their food as well. I have never experienced this at any other restaurant in Cheyenne.

Our server, Heather, was super friendly, communicative, and attentive. She was absolutely wonderful! We loved the location, parking availability, and the atmosphere. The bar area looked super nice.We ordered the fried goat cheese discs, but they were unfortunately out of that item. We got the pretzels instead. We really liked the cheese sauce served with the pretzels, as well as the outside crisp and inside chewiness of the pretzels. My husband ordered the Calamity Jane and I ordered the Frida Kahlo. There was a wait on the drinks, but they were worth the wait. We both really enjoyed our drinks! They weren't watered down and had a nice flavor. My husband ordered the Monte Cristo and I ordered the Beef Burgundy. The Monte Cristo was super disappointing. It was more like a french toast sandwich with ham and cheese slapped in the middle. The side of chips were super yummy and made up for the sandwich. It came out with a strawberry rhubarb sauce initially. My husband loved the sauce so much he asked for an extra cup to-go. My Beef Burgundy was almost $30 and definitely not worth the price. I had very little beef in it and the stew was lacking in flavor. The stew itself looked and tasted dried out. They were out of the mashed potatoes and I substituted them with the smashed potatoes. There were more potatoes than stew.Overall, super yummy appetizers and drinks, nice atmosphere, and hardworking, friendly staff. I would recommend anyone come here for the drinks and appetizers, but skip the entrees. We look forward to trying breakfast and lunch!

First off, the brussels sprouts are absolutely divine! Literally, the best brussels sprouts that I have ever eaten. They are a wonderful combination of sweet and savory that is totally crave-worthy. The beef burgundy was ok. Not amazing, just ok. I guess the biggest complaint was that there was very little meat in the dish, and it seemed expensive for what we received. That being said, I understand that stews are created in large batches, and that it's difficult to gauge what is in each ladle. Service was attentive, and our food was served promptly. The decor is modern and is a nice change of pace. We will be back to try some of the other menu items.

We went for Valentine's Day after booking a week or so ahead of time and actually getting a babysitter for once. We were very excited for our meal, but honestly the only good thing about our meal was the feta bread and the drink I ordered. Their salad was basic, but ok. Then our entrees came out and they were obviously precooked and reheated. My husband got an overcooked steak with overcooked and rubbery shrimp and lobster on top. My entree was pasta with chicken and some hard, cold garlic bread on the side. The pasta was congealed together and hard on the outside and cold in the middle like it had been microwaved. Then our dessert came out and that was about 2 bites. All of this for $108 before tip! Maybe they anticipated being busy, but that's no excuse for reheating food. Especially when we were the only ones there for awhile. The atmosphere was good, but that's not what we were paying for really. First time there and we won't be going back.

We went for Valentine’s Day. So I went with my husband for a 8pm reservation, we were greeted waited 20 minutes for a table and we were seated. We were offered complementary champagne in which we politely declined. We were served our menu and we ordered from there. I had the strawberry salad, it was absolutely disgusting it tasted like the aftertaste of a Nintendo switch cartridge. Seriously? 30 minutes for that? So then we waited another 30 minutes for the next course, the flatbread the portions were so small, just 4 little slices… we decided to give this place their last chance with the main course… which of course took another 30 minutes. My steak was RAW and asparagus tasted like burnt seasoning and the lobster tasted DEAD. We didn’t even wanted to stay for desert at that point so we paid and left. 84 freaking dollars for awful food and we didn’t even stay for the entire course. DONT go here, I don’t care if it’s the “top 15 place of Cheyenne” DO NOT TRUST IT.

Came to try something new. I was super excited about the menu on line. Had the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer. They were amazing and the only reason for 2 stars on food. My wife and I were excited about the French onion. Only to find the onions were not caramelized, let alone cooked in the soup for 10 hours. Cheese on soup was not melted. I ordered the short rib ragu. Extremely bland and no flavor. Left almost all of my food. My wife had soup and salad. Couldn't finish the French onion. Which as I said was our main reason for coming. Excited at the opportunity for good culinary execution and flavors and coming from someone who cooks and went to culinary school, i found it to be extremely disappointing. Brussel sprouts 10/10. The rest of the food was lacking flavor and seasoning. Drinks took forever to arive. Probably won't be going back. Paid $73 for dinner and went to taco bell after.

A friend and I went to have dinner yesterday. Both of us have been there 3-4 times before. Always having a good experience. The restaurant food is one of the better ones in Cheyenne. The biggest gripe I have is the $1.60 fee for using my CC for a $35 bill. I travel all over the world and eat at many different restaurants. No one has ever charged a 4.5% fee to use my CC. I understand that CC companies charge fees to vendors. But, they are not that high. The food is good and slightly pricey. The added fees just makes me think twice about being gouged again.
