Twin Dragon has been our favorite Chinese restaurant since we moved here in 1986. Crispy Chicken, fried rice, and hot and sour soup is my go to yummy meal.
I've lived out of Cheyenne for years. Of everywhere I've ever eaten, Twin Dragon has had the absolute best cashew chicken I've ever had. No one can come close.
Over all it was not bad, the flavor was there and I had lunch Kung Po chicken. There were no service just take out and seat yourself tables, like grab and go or sit but no service. It's ok but over all would I come back most likely. Food is good.
