Had the chicken pho, a Vietnamese staple. Broth in Vietnam is lighter but I actually prefer this more. Pricey for 1 person but enough food for nearly 3 of me. Staff easily checked back with me like 3 times. Highly recommend as someone who has spent over 3 years running around Asia. Skipped lunch so had an early dinner at 5pm so dinner crowd was just starting to arrive.

First time and it was not bad, had Pho beef and meatballs noodle soup and calamari salt and pepper. Favor was good and portions were good but over all its Cheyenne what else can you compare with lol. If it was in Denver then I would give two stars. Would come back maybe but I rather go to Denver for better PHO

Bejo Sushi and Asian Cuisine serves amazing food with great customer service. The restaurant offers delicious dishes like won tons, egg rolls, General Tso chicken, Sushi, Pho, Gyoza, and Tempura. The staff, including the owner, are super nice and ensure customers are well taken care of. The food is made with pride, and the service is reminiscent of real Japanese service. This hidden gem is a must-try, with many considering it the best food they've ever had. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating and a calm atmosphere. All sauces are made in house, adding to the quality of the dishes served. The owner and staff are polite, and the prices are very fair for the quality and quantity of food. Customers often leave happier than when they arrived and plan to return to try more of what the restaurant offers. The staff is always very welcoming and upbeat, and very quick to get you seated and get your drinks. The food is some of the best food in this town. They have chicken pho and sushi that is fantastic. They are also cognizant of people having wheat allergies and gluten sensitivities and offer non-wheat options. The jalapeno poppers were a different version and the sushi was awesome. The portions are good. The atmosphere is good and the service is excellent.
