The sushi on the specials section of the menu is pretty different, tasty and worth a try. The best you’ll get in Cheyenne but go to Fort Collins if you can. But if in town and want sushi, this should be your stop.

We are here a couple days ago. I regret not taking pictures but I didn’t plan on posting. The crab Rangoon are very enjoyable. My husband liked the pho. I ordered one of the expensive sushi rolls. The presentation was good, the taste was fine. The problem is the seaweed is incredibly chewy ( I was able to eat all the rice/tuna and I still had an intact piece of seaweed in my mouth). Frankly this is a chocking hazard and I imagine they aren’t preparing the seaweed properly. After eating three pieces, I brought it to the servers attention (white man, maybe owner?) and he spoke to the chef. He said he would take it off my bill, but also informed me it is supposed to be that way. I HIGHLY doubt that based on eating sushi at maybe a 100 spots across the world… he informed me I am wrong and he eats sushi here everyday. Only providing a rating due to his response and frankly it is a choking hazard.

This place was way better than I expected it to be. I’m a Florida native here for work and completely used to fresh sushi. I had low expectations coming to this place but was really craving sushi so I gave it a shot and I am soooo glad I did! The sushi was delicious! The pho was just a good! I’ll definitely be visiting this place several times during my time here and you should too!!

To begin, the service was horrible, our food came out 30 minutes after the others at our table. The “sushi” looked like a burrito and had no flavor to it. When I told our server my food was overcooked she said “that’s how it is” and promptly walked away. I don’t understand how people review this restaurant so highly.

Hands down, the BEST Sushi I have ever had- beats Wasabi's by miles. Service was great, as staff were very kind and considerate. Will absolutely be revisiting.

My husband and I went on a date night (03/16/24) and wanted to try something new so we went to bejo. Service was great but a couple hours after we ate we both started feeling sick. My husband started throwing up all night & all morning. We both had to go to the bathroom every 30 minutes.I don’t like sushi so I only had one piece of it and it still made me sick.We won’t be going back.

Bejo is an amazing place and will definitely suprise you being in Cheyenne. I wish I had more time here because I would have come back a 2nd time. Staff was amazing! Family owned and you can tell they take pride in their restaurant. I chatted it up with the owner and was fascinated with with their history. This definitely is my favorite restaurant in Cheyenne. I only tried their sushi so I can't comment on everything else. They have a good variety of dishes, from different types of asian cultures. The main chef is Indonesian but is verse in different types of cooking. The fish was fresh and melt in your mouth good! My only gripe (not a deal breaker) is that the slices were too big. Definitely not bite size but I sure tried for them to be. My OBCD was definitely showing its ugly head that night.
