“This small and comfortable bar is a must for those who enjoy a very well made drink at happy hour. The drinks are perfectly strong and constructed with a sophisticated taste in mind. The happy hour apps are great and they offer a wide variety for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. And, they have a few decent beers on tap and solid wine selections if you are not into the cocktails. Ambience and service is top notch. Located just north of Old Town square.“
“Was there in august, twice. Showing up at 4 pm opening made for such a great time. We were spoiled. Went thru multiple tasting and lots of bottles went back to Texas . As great as the atmosphere was, the drinks were better. Wife just loved the rose gin and the bourbons and whiskey were just wow. Loved the port barrel aged stuff. Got to spend time w Sebastian and that really made the highlight. Fixing to be back when in town next“

“My wife and I really enjoyed the distillery tour. It was a lot of fun and very informative.In addition to explaining the whole process from starting with the mash to distilling and barrel aging., There was also an excellent section on how to smell the different layers of flavor in the spirits.“

“I think I had maybe avoided El Diablo because it's in a strip mall and kind of bright. I guess I assumed it was fast casual. Man, I have been missing out... The food is DELICIOUS! The Birra Tacos, Birra Ramen are INSANE!!! And the chicken fajitas are great too! Ask for the hot salsa. It's an oil that is HOT and fantastic!!! The service might even be better than the food!“

“11/14/24- went to see a concert here and had a great time. First off this place is super ADA friendly in that they actually have places for people to sit in the performance area. This is great for people that can not stand for a long time and is missing from most of the venues in Colorado. They also had free water set up as a self serve station. This was also super amazing and something that other venues could learn from. I would totally see more shows here. I can't speak to the bar area since I did not drink.“

“The food is excellent. Probably the best hamburger in Ft. Collins and try the Spicy Chicken too. My kids love the chicken with waffles! Cocktails are top notch - jump for the Chupacabra! I’ve eaten here for 4 or 5 years now - 415 never disappoints.“

“Table side guac and salsa samplers?? Yes please! Food and drinks both shined in this modern yet authentic Mexican cantina. Try everything, but if you have to choose I am partial to the Molcajete. Veyra was a splendid server. I will be back as soon as possible.“

“Had a spectacular meal. The sushi was fast and everything was very fresh. Excellent cocktails and options. Wait staff was very patient and had a great knowledge of the menu and recommendations. Will definitely be back.
