“You have to go to the Mayor! They have great food. My brother said it best when he said, we've never had a bad meal here. He was so right. The food is so good and they have something for everyone. Then there's the awesome service. The people are always fun, helpful, and nice. On top of all that they have 100 taps and again there's something for everyone. I have never not had at least 4 beers I want to try. They do flights of anything you want too. It's one of our favorite places to take people from out of town. We are from Windsor and never mind the drive. If you haven't been do yourself a favor and go check it out.“

“First and foremost, Penrose is one of our favorite restaurant when we have guest over from out of state.
Son’s graduation knowing it will be 25+ people, called and asked to reserve the back patio, so the younger children can run out and play- due to the recent “delayed winter” we encountered, called to asked for inside dining- let me just tell you- with the amount of people both servers done an ABSOLUTE AMAZING job, juggling a loud crowd, orders and drinks. I highly recommend this place for bigger parties. I was just shocked that it was taken up from all the graduation going go. Glad we were able to snag it. With a large group- it’s harder to make it out the door. Although they’ve closed, there was NO rush for us to leave.
Food was amazing! Brussels Sprouts and lobster roll is my go to and NEVER DISAPPOINT. I’m a Moscow mule snob and very picky with the ginger beer.. IT’S DELICIOUS!

“We were treated so wonderfully! Knowledgeable staff walked us through each dish and recommendations from appetizers to desserts. Everything was prepared to perfection and was so flavorful and rich. And even though we were stuffed we had to have dessert! The four of us each ordered something and shared and it was on point! We will absolutely be back! “This has long been a favorite and lately it just seems to have gotten better. My wife and I are there weekly enjoying dishes like Chicken Skewers or a salad with salmon or shrimp added. My personal favorite is the Kobe Burger with bacon,arugula and garlic aioli. Delicious and my favorite burger in Fort Collins. Be sure to have pommes frites with your burger. Wonderful frites and highly addictive. The food is always good and the staff friendly. An excellent place for lunch or dinner“

“bad service but we like the chicken and ribs so we order take out. tonight we had a salad in our takeout which was awful and full of previously frozen and wilted lettuce. Called to speak to a manager to let them know to check their salad. on hold for 20 min...then they picked up and hung up on me. 3 strikes you are out. incredibly poor service for a guest service industry. and now after posting I do NOT recommend, this posts as I recommended...haha. do yourself a favor and stay away“

“We had an excellent meal at Little on Mountain tonight. Our second time. Food was nothing less than amazing. The combination of flavors in each dish was expertly done. Another highlight was our waiter Ryan. He was a pleasure to have at our table. He was fun to talk to, but most importantly he knew EVERY dish and cocktail down to every last detail. “For over 20 years now, LJs has been a regular hangout for me. I’ve met many people there and look forward to the next 20. (If Deano can still hang with us at 86 yo, then so can I!!) Their food menu has a nice variety and daily specials are always well done. This pub truly emanates a feeling of family. It’s amazing how many long-term employees are there, which is a direct reflection of the ownership and managers caring for their staff and customers. “Pretty awesome establishment. Layout is fabtastic for seating and I counted 40 TV's mounted around the place, so lots to watch no matter where you're sitting. Service was quick. Drinks good. Food good. Very clean. Music and temperature at the perfect setting. Will definitely be back.“

“Let me first say, Lauren, our server, is phenomenal. Her menu knowledge and friendly nature made for my first visit here a wonderful experience.

Next, the food and drinks! Our bartender made the best, most fresh espresso martini I have personally ever had, rivaling some other speciality bars here in FoCo. Our corned beef and hash was excellent— hot, spiced and salted, and plated with care. No weird fringe of fat on the meat, the potatoes were crisp yet tender, nothing left our mouth dry or chalked, and the preserves served with our toast balanced out the savory meal with the light sweetness of a fresh compote rather than a jarred jelly off the shelf.

My partner recommended the Emporium based off of his first visit there alone and I know I very well can do the same. Come early and on a weekday for a quiet ambiance, professional and kind service, and delicious food. Come at happy hour for amicable chatter, friendly conversation with your server, and delicious dinner food.
