During our stay at The Elizabeth, we dined at their restaurant - The Emporium: An American Brasserie - twice (once for dinner & once for brunch). We were very impressed with the food quality and level of service on both visits. Just wanted to say thank you to our incredible server from a birthday brunch that we had at the Emporium this past Saturday 3/9 resy was under the name Maggie. She was top notch and I regret that I forget her name but please give that woman a raise! Thanks for providing a wonderful afternoon!

We ate here our first night in Fort Collins. Very nice restaurant with great service. We started with the Brussel sprouts, which were like a cross between baklava and Brussel sprouts. They had pistachios and honey with some heat from peppers. They were very good. I tried the bison stroganoff, and it was good. Finished with ice cream and creme brulee.
