Our table of four shared the great Brussel sprouts appetizer. We would recommend the salmon entree with grits OR mashed potatoes. The bison rib was fall-off-the bone tender and covered with one of the best ever mushroom, wine sauces nestled with mashed potatoes. Perfection. A plate of warm beignets, served with both chocolate and raspberry dipping sauces, made a satisfying dessert for our great meal where we could easily visit with each other in a lovely atmosphere.
Our order of small plates was nicely timed pleasantly surprising. We will definitely return.
First, a shout out to Bella who did an amazing job taking care of us. My wife had the Hazel Dell mushroom rigatoni which she absolutely loved and raved with every bite. I had the bison bourguignon which was amazingly tender and extremely favorable to my taste buds. Both paired well with the Le Orme Barbera wine. For the appetizer we shared the calamari which had a great sauce but a bit tough (we were spoiled on tender calamari from a previous trip to Maui), but it was a nice appetizer...read full review
