Starry Night Coffee is a beloved spot in Fort Collins, known for its friendly atmosphere and great service. Visitors often highlight the cozy vibe, making it a perfect place to relax, work, or enjoy a book. The coffee is highly praised, with many saying their lattes are the best in town, including vanilla latte and pumpkin chai, which are made to perfection. The bakery goods are also a highlight, especially the chocolate cakes, which are described as moist, decadent, and affordable, with three layers of deliciousness. The vegan Beetvich sandwich receives high praise for having personality, and the bakery offers tasty treats that keep customers coming back. The staff is consistently friendly, and the place maintains its generous portions and affordable prices, unlike other spots that have shrunk sizes or increased prices. Overall, Starry Night Coffee has been around since 1992 and remains a favorite for locals and visitors alike, offering a welcoming environment with excellent coffee, baked goods, and friendly service.
