Very good food and service was great overall! Kitchen and cafe both forgot we had a no dairy diet for our order, but they were quick to resolve the issue and get our food fixed asap.

The server was very sweet and always smiling. The food - meh. The salmon that was surrounded by phyllo dough was burned on the bottom and had a weird taste to it. It comes with a “citrus” salad which consisted of grapefruit and should be mentioned on menu as my husband cannot eat grapefruit with his medication as it would be very dangerous. The bread board....i don't know what happened there but about a year ago it was a huge board with about 4 different breads in it (sourdough, focaccia, corn and something else (I forgot) and had a huge smear of flavored butter and brown sugar. This time it came with just two bread types (sourdough and focaccia, and garlic butter). It was disappointing to say the least. The New England clam chowder was very peppery - I'm from NE and we don't put pepper in like that. The fish and chips were good except for the chipotle tartar sauce. I requested plain tartar sauce and they made me some. Unfortunately it will be a while before we try it again.

Our experience was overall okay. Service was good and the restaurant was not too loud. I took stars off because my main dish was inedible. I order the cassoulet and the beans were so underdone as to be quite crunchy - even still a little dry in the middle. I ate around them, but since the dish is mainly beans, I was still hungry at the end of my meal. It's pretty inexcusable to serve almost dried beans at a restaurant - especially for these prices. My husband enjoyed his fish and chips.

I had the trout, my husband had the bison stroganoff. Both were excellent. The chocolate cheesecake was too rich for us, but that was OK; we brought half home for a later dessert. Our server was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the menu and suggesting choices. We had a very fine evening with friends, who also enjoyed their meals.

Delightful place for brunch. Space is fantastic! The waffles - still dreaming about them! That and the vanilla latte I had. Service is good. Price reasonable for the quality and flavor. Will be back again

There is a problem with the timing of serving the entrée. We were not finished with our appetizers. When the entrées were served, we sent them back when they came back again they still had not cleared off our appetizer dishes while the Coco van was warm the grain was cold.

Overall a mediocre somewhat disappointing experience. We were looking forward to the Great Plates opportunity to experience the Elizabeth Hotel and Emporium. Unfortunately it fell a bit flat. A beautiful room with uncomfortable seating and small tables (size) just didn't work for me. We started with the brussel sprouts, which were overly sweet and over powered by the honey glaze. When the coq au vin arrived it was warm not hot. Not really like Julia Childs would have presented. Service was professional and attentive for the most part. An expensive experience probably not to repeated. Following dinner we visited the Magic Rat for drinks and live music. A much better experience was had there.

Staff and food were fantastic. We appreciated the extra communication regarding menus available at our original 2:45 reservation time, and for placing us in a quieter location for easier conversation. It is just a lovely place for a family gathering. Thank you!

What a beautiful restaurant! Went to celebrate a birthday and had a great time. Food was really good. My only complaint was the chicken they used in the cog au vin I ordered. It was not good. Seemed like it was an injected flattened breast (I sold food for a long time and I do know why they would use this product). It just wasn't good and made what could have been a great dish a somewhat ok meal.

Very nice place to enjoy a very nice meal. Service and ambience are wonderful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice meal in a great environment.

As a foodie and love for culinary excellence, this restaurant is one of the best I have eaten at by far. The food was not only beautiful to look at but absolutely delicious! Everything we had was phenomenal and it feels as though we got our money's worth. Our server was very kind helpful as well. Can I just say the clam chowder is something I will be dreaming about for weeks?

This was our serving visit and we were as pleased with our experience as the first time. Orders at our table included scallops, spinach salad, and goddess salad, plus the bread platter. Everything was delicious and the server was attentive. We will go again!

Loved this restaurant! Food choices, preparations, taste, and presentation top notch. Service by our primary wait person and all the staff was attentive and pleasant without hovering and being annoying. What makes this all so enjoyable is that it is Fort Collins friendly. Customers are genuinely themselves with everyday dress and a family to date night mix of participation. I definitely recommend Emporium as a go to Fort Collins experience.

We had a great time with friends celebrating my wife's birthday. Grab a drink at the rooftop Sunset Bar, like we did, for great views before dining at the Emporium. Good food, served fast by a delightful server Laura. We will be back.
