“Stopped by with my wife around 7pm on a Wednesday. It was busy but found one table open outside.

We decided to go with the smasher burger special and glad we did as we both loved it. The beer selection is amazing with an emphasis on some great IPA's.

Service was awesome as well. Of all the places we visited in old town during our trip this was our favorite!“

“Had an amazing time at the bar joking around with staff and patrons. Everyone seemed to know each other and were very welcoming. Great prices. Loved the whiskey Mexican coffee on tap. Best bacon wrapped jalapenos I've ever had. Definitely get the Pint O Bacon.“

“We’ve been several times now for live music. The bartenders work fast and friendly and manage a large amount of customers. The manager of the bar is friendly and has come out each time we’re there to say “hello” and check on us-great people skills and considerstion. The drinks are tasty and the food is VERY good. I really like the way the nachos are served (deconstructed), their wraps, poutine fries, etc. Overlooking the golf course while watching favorite local artists is the best view with great sounds. Sure the drive is a little longer for us, but worth enjoying the atmosphere.“

“For over 20 years now, LJs has been a regular hangout for me. I’ve met many people there and look forward to the next 20. (If Deano can still hang with us at 86 yo, then so can I!!) Their food menu has a nice variety and daily specials are always well done. This pub truly emanates a feeling of family. It’s amazing how many long-term employees are there, which is a direct reflection of the ownership and managers caring for their staff and customers. If you’ve never been to LJs or you’re just visiting FC, please stop in and join us for a pint! Cheers and Slainte!!“
