“We were treated so wonderfully! Knowledgeable staff walked us through each dish and recommendations from appetizers to desserts. Everything was prepared to perfection and was so flavorful and rich. And even though we were stuffed we had to have dessert! The four of us each ordered something and shared and it was on point! We will absolutely be back! “The Rotary Club of Fort Collins Breakfast wants to thank and recommend The Welsh Rabbit to the people of Fort Collins. In Jan 16th we had our yearly Old Town Progressive dinner where our members go to three locations together-appetizers then a main course then for coffee. Our event organizer members showed up to our first venue and saw a sign that said “closed due to furnace issues”. It was 16 degrees out and 47 members were set to arrive in 30 minutes. The organizers started asking stores if they could host us. The second store we asked was The Welsh Rabbit. They allowed us in and we were in for a treat. Their cheezes were amazing, the ambience so pleasant and many of our members lined up to purchase items. They saved our evening. This store is an example of the heart of Fort Collins! We thank them so very much for what they did for us. Give this business a try! If you need gourmet items, dine wines and delicious cheeses for any event then why he Welsh Rabbit is where you need to visit!“

“It's a 😎 joint. The bartender was rushing us, and when you have a hundred beers, you need some time. I ordered my mac and cheese with no hatch chilies. He said they could make that happen. It didn't happen. The chilies were cooked in it. However, I asked for a hot dog cut up and mixed with the M&C, and they did that. Hubby loved his Ruben and fries. They use rice oil to fry foods. Hubby can't have soy oil; he was super happy about that“

“My husband and I wanted to try something new, so we wandered into Blanchard Wines in Fort Collins. Jencee, the barista, was kind, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. We got the wine flight with the chocolate flight and, maybe because it was spring break for CSU, we were the only ones there and Jencee provided a personal wine tasting experience. The wine was incredible, and we will absolutely be back. Thank you, Jencee!“

“First time in tonight. They are moving in a week so the next time we are in town we will check it out.

Service: Host was very accommodating. She got us in and was open to a table swap that we decided not to do. Server was prompt, casual and proud of his restaurant. Made great suggestions and followed up.

Brian the owner came by and introduced himself and was happy to hear it was our first time in. Was excited for his new location after 21 years.

Food was great. Chicken Française was excellent. Sauce was lemony and butter was perfectly emulsified and thick.

Sausage Bolognese was to die for. Delicious pancetta and sausage caramelized on the pasta with wonderful meaty flavor. Slight basil and parm rounded out the dish.

The crew set us a first timer cheesecake. We were blown away mascarpone cheesecake over a sugar biscotti with toasted almonds a caramel sauce. Epic.

“I went to Ten Bears Winery for my girlfriend’s 21st birthday. We had an amazing private experience with breathtaking views of the mountains. I wasn’t much of a wine drinker but the amount of flavor in each wine was surprising! Every flavor that was listed on the bottle you can taste within the wine. 10/10 experience“
