“We were a party of two that was luckily able to snag a walk-in spot at the bar. We waited roughly 15 minutes for a spot to open up.
They recommended 2-3 plates per person, so keep that in mind (and budget!). Food was incredibly delicious, but some items felt like it needed a slightly larger portion size for the price. For example, the pork jowl had 3 pieces and is $26.
The soft scrambled egg and charred cabbage were surprising favorites as they took simple ingredients and transformed them into something incredibly delicious.
We also ordered a bowl of rice but it didn't come during the first dish. We had to request it after our final dish had come out as we would have expected it to be delivered amongst the first dishes so it can be eaten alongside everything else.
The banana pudding is super good, I love the Vietnamese twist to it and it wasn't too sweet.
Overall, this was a great meal but I won't be back as the portion size for the price isn't in my budget. If money is not a limiting factor, you'll enjoy this place for the unique flavors.“

We went with our 3 kids (13, 10 and 10), they ordered off the kids menu and loved the fettuccini Alfredo. The service was excellent, and our server, Gillian was on point. “The food is amazing! Our waitress was awesome as well. The only thing that left a sour taste in our mouth was the manager making it seem like we’re being rushed. I made a reservation a week earlier and when we showed up there was barley anyone there, the manager or owner or who ever she is said we had 1 hour and a half at max to finish our meal. This establishment is definitely not a turn and burn. If I’m spending over 25 dollars a plate I’m going to enjoy it with the feel or want to be rushed. Not only was our food outstanding, but the service was exceptional.

Our waiter was incredibly patient and kind with all of our questions about the different types of flour and pasta they use. (I’m horrible with names. I wish I could give him a shoutout!) He even took pictures of the types of pasta they had so that we could research whether they were truly imported from
Italy and safe for me to eat. Obviously not gluten free but free from the harsh chemicals American flour/pasta has.

The junk in American flour affects me within about 10 minutes of consuming and I had zero reaction! 🙌🏼

My husband chose the Spicy Soppressata and I had the carbonara with tagliatelle - both were divine. We shared the truffle fries as an appetizer - they were a tad too sweet for my liking, but delicious nonetheless. Ending our meal with affogato transported me straight to heaven.

“My book club went in during valentines wknd and I’m sure our server was disappointed we decided to order ala carte rather than their $$ tasting menu but she was very gracious and gave us great service nonetheless. We ordered a wide variety of things and while I didn’t try everything - the katsu was a hit, the mushrooms and calamari were also good…the hummus plate on the other hand was a slap in the face. It was maybe a tablespoon of hummus with a few scraps of bread. On the topic of cheap toast - the GF focaccia was literally just toast. Not sure why you would force focaccia to be GF and then do such a bad job of it. For a higher end restaurant, they either need to remove that item or do it justice. Drinks were great & they seemed to have a good wine selection.“
