Server was friendly and attentive (without hovering), food was delicious and the wines were good. By far my favorite wine from the flights we tried was the Viognier, which isn’t usually a go-to for me. And the baked cambozola was amazing!

I love Carboy and Apres! I just moved to Denver with my dog Luna who is also a regular! I’m so happy to have them a block away from where I live. The happy hour is great, even tho Angelo tavern might be better, but I’ll take this! The food is okay pending on what u get but the service at Carboy is amazing. Our waitress, Aya, made the winery visit truly special. She was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure we felt welcome throughout the tasting. Her friendly, service added so much to the experience— especially for someone that doesn’t know anything about wine.
