Server was friendly and attentive (without hovering), food was delicious and the wines were good. By far my favorite wine from the flights we tried was the Viognier, which isn’t usually a go-to for me. And the baked cambozola was amazing!

I’ve been a long time Carboy fan but I hadn’t been in a while after moving away from the hood but was in the area and wanted to pop in.. huge shout out to Tatiana for reminding me what I’ve been missing! Her warm, energetic energy and inquisitive questions to understand my style to give the right wine recommendation was so on point for Carboys branding. Thanks to her, she brought back a customer!
