This place is such a hidden gem in Denver. Incredible cocktail menu that’s always trying out delicious new drinks and styles, and even more absolutely incredible bartenders (look specifically for the bartender Kristin and also Brandon--they're 100% cocktail experts!), AND a chic chill vibe to the whole cozy spot. Hudson Hill never disappoints. I usually come with friends, but last week I wanted to have a laptop power-hour so I went solo. The staff was extremely attentive but never pushy. Of course the cocktails are always yummy, but they have a great wine selection, too. I ordered a cheese platter and it was so much more than I expected -- there was plenty of bread to match the cheese ratio and a delicious jam pairing. Loved the atmosphere and coffee. I've never had a server at a coffee shop, so that was novel. Seems like a great spot to catch up with folks or do some writing. Not too big or loud, and very close to Kilgore Books. ?
