Amazing place. I've only been twice, but each time felt amazing. Alexis remembered me after me only being there one time before. And she made the entire experience feel phenomenal. BOTH TIMES. Keep her and make sure she know how valuable she is to this place! Definitely coming here more often and she's a big reason of that.
We absolutely love Carboy! The food is very good and the wine is excellent. But, what really brings us back is the incredible service. There is always a friendly face, not matter when you stop in. They are attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or give recommendations.
