Always a wonderful experience!
Great food, nice libations, luxury recliners with table & drin & the best theater experience I know of! Not a typical run-of-the-mill theater. The new, special, dedicated latest high-tech 'Big Picture' HDR option is unbelievable if you can catch the movie that you want playing in that mode instead of standard/regular viewing!

Really bummed by this experience.. the mobile ordering was fine, albeit a bit distracting. But the popcorn machine was broken?? In my 30+ years movie going this is a genuine first..
Edit: I understand things happen outside the control of the staff. This movie theater is always clean and the staff is always friendly here and I’ve never had a bad experience other than this one very rare event. Thank you for responding 🙏
